Local Emergency Planning Committee
The Beaver County Local Emergency Planning Committee was established in 1989 to support and oversee the county’s Hazardous Materials Response Program. Currently, the BC LEPC has 31 members and is presided over by Chairperson Gene Miketa.
Meetings of the BC LEPC are announced publically and open to the public. Facility representatives are encouraged to attend.
